What We Do

Our goal is to create programs which drive large amounts of guests and table service clients. These programs often have many different aspects and avenues of generating business. A successful program has a combination of two promotions teams, a guest services team, as well as a variety of marketing tools and outlets.

Academy Group would work in conjunction with your venue to schedule days and times for promoters to operate. Promoters can be hired by the venue and Academy Group can manage them or Academy Group can hire, train and schedule them based on your venue’s needs.

Our goal would be to evaluate and elevate your independent program, if applicable. Academy Group has the resources to grow your independent team to become in-house or we could convert it under Academy Group and manage them in conjunction with the venue.

Venue Management & Consulting

• Evaluate current promotions programs
• Daily offers, online offers, etc.

• Evaluate in house and affiliate tracking process
• Evaluate front of house check in for any issues or improvements
• Make any changes needed to improve tracking or check in experience/system

• Processing Affiliates (tax info, direct deposit)

• Identify relevant areas, businesses and any other strategic partners

• Create visitation packages for concierge/front desk drops as well as local businesses for VIP marketing drops

We also believe that outreach to other areas of town which are currently being neglected would be beneficial to the venue. Academy group currently provides this service in the form of Marketing Drops.

VIP Marketing Drops &
Strategic Partnerships

These drops are in targeted areas chosen by venue or event for specific marketing campaigns as well as strategic relationship building. Our ambassadors will go into the businesses & areas selected and spend time getting to know the community. The goal is to have all businesses in the area support each other and build relationships. Using Academy Group will allow the same individuals to maintain the relationships with these businesses.

Our ambassadors have a large network and strong social media knowledge. Academy Group ambassadors all have presence on multiple social media platforms. We would require each ambassador to post and tag based on the client’s needs. Our ambassadors can all post digital assets for any event or venue and these assets can be at specific days, times or at the ambassador’s discretion.

Academy Group will provide and schedule all ambassadors. Their goal is to capture and retain business through hand to hand, in-person promotions. These would be done in targeted areas, chosen locations or on-property of the venue or event. Academy Group has a large, experienced team of event ambassadors who are all comfortable working with the public and are courteous & approachable.

Academy Group can provide VIP Hosts who will work on-property engaging guests and answering questions. Our Hosts can operate a VIP entry door as well as any table service activations for events. They would also operate the front door entry process for guestlist, greet, check-in and seat VIP table clients while assisting in table revenue upselling and any needs a guest may have.
